🍁 How do I make a Canadian return or exchange?Updated 2 months ago

We allow returns and exchanges within 45 days of shipping date.  At this time, international customers are responsible for all international shipping costs.

Here are the simple directions for return.  Please return all items in their original packaging – poly bag and hang tags.  Original tags are required.  Poly bags are preferred but not required. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip noting the items to be returned, a brief reason for the return, and it you would like an exchange and/or refund.  An RA # is not required for your return.  Please use whichever carrier is most convenient for you.  Make sure to keep a copy of your receipt/tracking number.

Once received, we will process as quickly as possible.  PLEASE ALLOW 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN TO PROCESS EXCHANGES AND CREDITS/REFUNDS.
