How do I make a US return?

Returns must be initiated within 45 days of the order date. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Returns or exchanges

For returns or exchanges, please use our self-service Portal. If you need additional assistance, contact our customer support at [email protected] or call 800.845.6591.  All portal initiated return packages must be dropped off at any authorized UPS* drop off location completely taped, packaged, and ready to ship.  We do not provide concierge return services at this time. If your return requires any type of packaging assistance, the UPS* drop off location may charge for this service.   

If a QR code was requested on the Portal, the UPS return label will printed and affixed to the package at no charge.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect to ensure all items meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days of receiving the returned item.
