Your claim must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Ā
Stuck in transit for 7-UPS business days domestically or 14-UPS business days internationally (Canadian orders) are considered lost.Ā
Damaged claims typically require photo evidence. Ā Damaged is defined as a broken and unusable product.
It does take 2 days from delivery date before the processing of a claim for lost/stolen items can begin.
Police reports requested for orders of $500+. Ā This helps to keep your area informed! Ā Your town/city needs to know! Ā Sometimes a police report is required under other circumstances. Ā It is unfortunate but fraud does happen.
You have the option to choose a replacement or a refund if you do need to file a claim.
